Terrible service! I sent 1755 usd for exchange, but in the end, I got nothing. The transaction is stuck, customer support is unresponsive, and the website just ignores my messages. If they don’t return my money soon, I will file complaints with the bank and financial regulators. Judging by other reviews, I’m not the first one to get scammed here!

Complete scam! I tried to exchange $600 in crypto, sent the funds to the provided details, and got nothing in return. No confirmation, no money, no support! I contacted customer service, but they are completely ignoring me. If they don’t process my exchange or return my funds within 24 hours, I will file a complaint with law enforcement and payment providers. Stay away from this so-called ‘exchange
